Eyal Court Reporting will allow for up to $200.00 credit on any Animal Defense case. In addition to pro bono services, a percentage of our income is donated to the HSUS and other Animal Defense Funds.

• Since its inception in 2005, The HSUS' new Animal Protection Litigation Section has grown into the nation's largest animal protection litigation program, with dozens of in-house and outside attorneys litigating more than 40 cases in state and federal courts around the country.
• In 2006, the nation's leading law firms contributed more than $1,000,000 in pro bono
  legal services to The HSUS' litigation program.
• The HSUS' litigation program celebrated more than a dozen major legal victories in 2006, including decisions
  • halting lethal research on Steller sea lions;
  • stopping the opening of national wildlife refuges to sport hunting;
  • limiting cruel, long-distance transport of farm animals;
  • closing two major cockfighting pits in Louisiana;
  • enforcing a ban on canned hunting in Oregon;
  • stopping a massive Pennsylvania pigeon shoot; and preventing the killing of wolves in several states.
• The program also recently secured a federal court ruling halting the entire horse slaughter industry in the United States.
• The section's legal campaigns have been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, San Francisco Chronicle, National Law Journal,
  CNN, NPR and many other national media outlets.
