PAYMENT POLICY
1. Except for Eyal’s clients, Signature Order Forms for “copy side” attorneys (not our clients) must be either scanned/emailed or faxed to us. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Your bill must match the exact order as circled by the ordering attorney.
3. Once the desired pay option is selected, it cannot be changed.
4. Failure to follow the above policy will result in rejection of early payment until Eyal is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Any and all amounts paid must be refunded to Eyal if uncollectible or for any bill that is being disputed by a client or copy side for any reason until such dispute is resolved.
*If Eyal’s client has a large and continuing case, then Eyal will only allow payment for bills totaling no more than $1,500 . The rest will be paid at a lower commission when Eyal is paid.
