Deposition Reporting
Medical Depositions
Testimony by a doctor where medical and/or pharmaceutical terms are used intermittently during the deposition.
Technical Depositions
Testimony by an engineer, architect, or another person with a similar profession where uncommon technical trade terms are used intermittently during the deposition.
Patent Depositions
Testimony by an inventor or related associate regarding the process of a product's invention where uncommon and rarely-heard trade terms are used intermittently during the deposition.
Forensic/Scientific
Testimony by a professor, chemist, or scientist where scientific and/or chemical trade terms are used intermittently during the deposition.
Realtime Depositions
Realtime is the simultaneous translation of the court reporter's notes into English. As the witness speaks, her/his testimony appears on your laptop instantly.
Daily Expedited / Depositions
Upon request daily testimony taken will be transcribed and delivered the same day or the next day. Expedited testimony will be delivered within three to five business days.
Videotape Depositions
Our video specialists can give you an edge on the competition with videotaped testimony, depositions, wills, pre-trial examinations, etc. Our in-house videotaping conference room is ready at a moment's notice to record your depositions. We can also set up our portable video unit in your office or anywhere you like and make a permanent record of information vital to any case. We can edit out fairly and accurately anything a judge says that a jury should not see. If you would like to speed up or increase insurance payments on a personal injury case, we can tape a day-in-the-life of your client.
Depo/Exhibit Management
We can scan and store all depositions, documents, and exhibits to be immediately available to you on easily updatable, customized, and affordable CD-ROMs, or emailed to you at any time.
You will always have the security that comes with having an additional back-up of your documents that is easy to transport, utilize and duplicate.

ASCII
ASCII is a term which stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange. Having the ASCII text of a transcript allows for maximum portability; it easily loads into any computer system for fast searches and quick extractions of testimony.

E-transcript is an easy to use, powerful software application that will change the way Court Reporters and Litigators do business together. Now it is possible to accurately, securely and instantly deliver a perfect copy of a certified transcript via e-mail.

Process Service
FAX or FedEx us the appropriate documents and we will have them served within 24 hours with an immediate FAX confirmation thereafter.
Word Indexing
Word indexing is a list in alphabetical order of all words in the transcript; they are indexed by page and line number for easy reference.
CD Rom Archiving / Retrieval
Archival and retrieval services provide the most efficient way to store large amounts of documents, providing instant access to your information. We process accumulated volumes of documents for storage and searching. The everyday transactions of medium to large sized firms can lead to an insurmountable amount of paper.
Signature Follow-up
In addition to determining whether the witnesses have read and signed their depositions, we will follow up when necessary with a notarized certificate attesting to their failure to do so.

Internet Capabilities
We can immediately email to you any deposition in ASCII or any other format. For added security, we can send the transcript to you in encrypted format.
Data Conversion
We will convert any ASCII deposition into multiple formats. For example we can convert and transfer multiple depositions onto a single CD-ROM.
Complex Photocopying
Whether it's an aerial map, X-ray, architectural drawings, or just simple documents, we will photocopy them to your satisfaction in color or black and white.
Interpreters
When your deposition requires an interpreter, we will take charge of all the arrangements needed to provide you with an experienced interpreter in any language.
Notaries Public
All of our staff hold the office of Notaries Public and are authorized to administer the oath in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Other Services
Confirmations
As a reminder, we will confirm by telephone all scheduled depositions one day in advance. Upon request we will confirm all depositions via fax or email.

Last Minute Services
If for any reason your office forgot to schedule a court reporter, we will be available on a last-minute call basis, usually within the hour.
Third-Party Billing
Upon request we will invoice your client and/or insurance company directly with a copy sent to your office.
